PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
C1: Our most popular general purpose cleanroom wipe. It is usually the answer because of its ultralow tendency to generate particles and its ultralow levels of soluble extractables. C1 is made of a super absorbent blend of cellulose and polyester. It is used in sheets for general purpose cleaning of equipment and parts. It is also used in rolls for the burnishing and polishing of rigid discs and also used as SMT rolls.
C1E: Enchanced with a breakthrough process for reduced particle and fiber generation and increased strength. C1E is recommended when lower particle and fiber generation is top priority.
C3E: Treated with a breakthrough process to enhance absorption. C3E is recommended when an especially smooth, soft and nonabrasive cleanroom wipe is required with greatly improved absorption qualities.
C30: Intended for use in critical cleanroom environments, such as; microelectronics, semiconductor, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and many other industries. C30 is strong, durable, highly absorbent and chemically pure.
C30L: Economically priced, lighter weight version of C30.
C8: The "twill" pattern is comprised of "hills and valleys". The "hill" portion enhances the aggressivemess of the wipe, while the "valley" portion provides a place for contaminants to hide. This is important because contaminants on the surface of a wipe can cause scratching and smearing of sensitive surfaces. C8 is comprised of absorbent cellulose and polyester fibers that have been hydroentangled. A proprietary method called "Lymanizing" makes this product especially low linting and free of chemical binders.
A1L is a hydroentangled blend of 55% polyester and 45% cellulose, which is made without the use of binders. This increase in polyester adds strength and bulk for better absorbency. When stacked next to the equal number of competitor's wipes, the A1L stack is higher due to the superior hydroentangling process that creates a more efficient wipe with greater sorbent capacity.

C100: (Sorbont-HS) is made from DuPont Sontara®, a micro-level cleaning fabric by DuPont®, the leader in nonwoven technology. DuPont® specifically engineered this fabric for cleanroom applications. SORBONT-HS® is a cellulose and polyester blend non-woven fabric manufactured through hydroentangling technology.
Utilizing a proprietary patterning and formation process, the combination of cellulose and polyester provides a thicker, bulkier, three dimensional structure that is higher in sorbent rate and capacity. It is significantly lower in particles than other non-woven cleanroom wiper fabrics. The hydroentangling process used to made SORBONT-HS® requires no binders, chemicals, adhesives, or finishes which insures low extractable levels and good solvent resistance.
